    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Apply labels and product codes/stickers to products and cartons while inspecting for defects.

    + Inspect for defects while inserting products into cartons and seal cartons.

    + Make up and assemble packaging cartons.

    + Operate packaging machinery.

    + Keep production line stocked with NP and other necessary materials.

    + Communicate and work cooperatively with fellow associates.

    + Perform daily 5S/ housekeeping responsibilities.

    + Perform other tasks as assigned.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    + Must be able to effectively communicate with others both verbally and in writing

    + Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment

    + Attention to detail and organization is critical

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Must have an acceptable attendance record with less than 5 attendance points.

    + Experience in IMM preferred.

    + Must meet expectations for job performance, quality, safety, and teamwork and collaboration.

    + Physically able to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach & lift up to 50 pounds

    + Physically able to stand on feet for 8-12 hour shift
