    Job Description

    On a daily basis, the role involves reviewing the GPS prior to starting each work order and checking for any special instructions. Responsibilities include laying up panels and liners according to the GPS, assisting with loading and unloading presses, and ensuring all materials meet shelf-life requirements. The individual must enter or confirm batch numbers for traceability on all BOM components and verify that the core inside the oven matches the work order. Additional tasks include preparing and staging leftover materials for return to the warehouse, maintaining housekeeping standards, and ensuring all containers are properly labeled. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires availability for any shift, overtime, and weekends.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Reads the GPS prior to start of the work order.

    • Reviews order for any Special Instructions.

    • Layup panels and liners per GPS.

    • Assist presses for loading and unloading.

    • Ensure that all materials used are within shelf life requirements.

    • Enters or confirms batches for traceability on all BOM components.

    • Make sure that core inside the oven is the correct core for the work order.

    • Help prepare and stage all left over materials to return to the warehouse.

    • Performs housekeeping is maintained and all containers are properly labeled.

    • Must be available to work any shift, over-time and weekends.
