    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a dynamic professional with proven Project Management expertise, including experience as a Project Manager and a strong understanding of organizational change. The role involves building key milestones within change plans, managing a portfolio of requirements, and applying PM fundamentals to drive success. The candidate will independently manage projects, provide oversight for Solution Architects, and ensure alignment with leadership objectives.

    Responsibilities include –

    • Process management- such as documenting and redesigning workflows using tools like Miro or Lucidchart

    • Lead change management initiatives to support transformation efforts

    • Assigning and managing activities to support leadership

    • Provide oversight and guidance for Solution Architects (SAs) and related roles

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3-5 years of project management experience

    • Experience creating/leading organization change initiatives/projects

    • Ability to manage projects independently and oversee related roles

    • Experience in process mapping and redesign using tools like Miro or Lucidchart

    • Experience with Salesforce project implementation

    • Proficient in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations - Salesforce Certifications

     

    - Prior consulting experience preferred

     

    - Smartsheet and Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
