1. Strong Salesforce CPQ Knowledge

• Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), including quoting processes, pricing rules, product bundles, and approval workflows.

• Familiarity with Amendments, Renewals, and Subscription Management is essential for validating end-to-end scenarios.

2. Expertise in QA Methodologies

• Ability to design and execute test cases for UAT and regression testing in CPQ environments.

• Skilled in identifying defects, documenting issues, and ensuring compliance with business rules and global policies.

3. Integration Testing Skills

• Experience in validating CPQ integrations with SAP, Partner Portals, and Order Management systems.

• Must ensure accurate data mapping for quotes, contracts, and renewals across systems.

4. Familiarity with Agile & SAFe Framework

• Comfortable working in Agile/SAFe environments, participating in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and iteration planning.

• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers during sprints.

5. Analytical & Documentation Skills

• Proficient in using testing spreadsheets and scenario tracking tools for CPQ UAT.

• Capable of analyzing complex business scenarios, documenting test results, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with contract and subscription management within salesforce CPQ

- CPQ UAT and regression testing

- experience with integration validation and data mapping for quotes, contracts, and renewals across systems

- agile experience AccelQ for automated testing and Polarion / Salesforce / Teams site for test script documentation.
