    Job Summary:

    Teaching others Basic Life Support CPR, AED/First Aid and other First Aid courses is the top priority for the CPR Instructor.

     

    You will teach classes at the CPR Rescue Training Center, ProMedica and non-ProMedica facilities. This curriculum, which follows the American Heart Association guidelines, teaches students how to save lives if ever in a situation where CPR/First Aid is needed.

     

    In this role, you may also be a Safe Sitter Instructor.

    REQUIREMENTS

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Current AHA BLS Instructor

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field

    + 2 years of active BLS Instructing experience

    + Safe Sitter Instructor certification
