    Base Pay:** **$** **25/hour

    **Schedule** : 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM, 7 days per week

    BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a male client in his home.

     

    This role offers consistent morning hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality, client-centered care.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide personal care assistance to support the client’s morning routine

    + Assist with safe transfers using a Hoyer lift

    + Promote comfort, dignity, and independence in the home

    + Follow an individualized care plan and communicate changes to the care team

    + Maintain a safe and supportive care environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Active Home Health Aide certification in New Jersey

    + Experience with Hoyer lift transfers or a strong willingness to learn and demonstrate competency with training

    + Reliable availability for the full morning shift, including weekends

    + Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

    + Dependability and professionalism in a one-on-one setting
