As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential living areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with residents and guests, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the location.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts as required.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide assistance as needed.

+ Support Allied Universal management in implementing site-specific protocols and maintaining communication with residents and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
