As a **Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Full-Time** in **San Carlos, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions encountered during patrols.

+ Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property management to address concerns or incidents.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.

+ Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
