Tech 1 – Aerial Lift Division

A leading equipment rental provider is seeking a motivated **Tech 1** to join its **Aerial Lift Division** . This entry‑level role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined who wants hands‑on experience and a clear path for career growth in the equipment service industry.

•** **Role Responsibilities

+ **Perform basic inspections** on aerial lift equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers

+ **Conduct preventative maintenance** including fluid checks, battery service, lubrication, and tire inspection

+ **Assist other technicians** with troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

+ **Accurately document work orders** and maintenance activities

+ **Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment**

+ **Support equipment readiness** to ensure machines are rental‑ready

•** **Qualifications

+ Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment repair

+ Ability to follow safety procedures and attention to detail

+ Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced technician roles

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Modesto, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
