We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Process and Innovation team as **Senior Finance Manager, Continuous Improvement Program** . In this role, you will work collaboratively across disciplines and engage with stakeholders to frame, structure and prioritize business problems where technology-based solutions can have an impact. This includes:
+ Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across different finance teams and business groups to deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize cash flow and operational efficiency.
+ Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, customer obsession, inclusion, and growth mindset within the team and across the organization.

Responsibilities
+ Drive Operational Excellence: Lead enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar automation strategies.
+ Optimize Order-to-Cash Processes: Analyze workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance speed and accuracy.
+ Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting on ROI (Return on Investment) and process improvements.
+ Lead Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
+ Integrate Automation & AI (artificial intelligence): Collaborate with technology teams to embed AI and automation into financial operations for future-ready processes.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
+ 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
+ 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
+ 7+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or program management roles.
+ Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and financial operations.
+ Continuous Improvement frameworks prowess.
+ Leadership related experience in finance with a relentless drive for delivering impact.
+ Demonstrated ability to be a simplifier, while working through complex business situations in a rapidly changing environment.
+ Superb cross-group collaboration, project management, and communication skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate and influence senior management.
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to function as an evangelist and catalyst to customer experiences.
+ High-level of integrity and self-confidence with demonstrated change management and ability to lead in an inclusive culture.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
