**Exciting Opportunity at MSK:** Join our dynamic team of over 900 dedicated Advanced Practice Providers at MSK, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, cutting-edge cancer care to patients and their families.

**Role Overview** : In this role, the **Per Diem** **Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner** will work as an **Orthopedic Surgical Consult APP** to support the **Orthopedic Oncology Surgical Service** . This position will be primary coverage of the consult pager during overnight and weekend shifts. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and be the driving force behind patient-centered care. Key Qualifications:

+ Graduate from an accredited PA program

+ NCCPA certification

+ Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure

+ Minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred

+ BLS certification/ACLS certification

OR

+ Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses with ability to treat pediatric patients

+ Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

+ Related National NP certification

+ Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience is preferred

+ BLS certification/ACLS certification

**Location:** Main Hospital Campus, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY

**Hours** : 12 hour per diem shifts flexed as needed. Week nights (overnight shift), weekend (day and night shifts), and holiday coverage

**Reports to** : Manager, APP

**Pay Rate:** $88/hr.
