Job Description

Clinical Learning & Simulation Assistant - Temporary (RN)

This position supports the Director of Clinical Learning and Simulation Centers in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our clinical learning and simulation labs. You will play a key role in developing lab procedures, managing inventory, and collaborating on the design of immersive simulation scenarios to enhance nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating procedures for the effective and efficient functioning of the clinical learning and simulation labs.

+ Coordinates nursing supply inventory, and

+ Assists in the design and adaptation of lab courses to include simulated scenarios

Requirements

+ **Education** : Bachelor’s degree required. A Master of Science (MS), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) is preferred. At least one degree must be in **Nursing** .

+ **Licensure** : Current Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.
