About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Philadelphia or Harrisburg office. The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.

+ Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.

+ Adapt to customer specific requirements.

+ Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.

+ Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.

+ Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.

+ Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, to maintain composure in fast-paced situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

+ Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.

+ Have a combination of excellent technical skills, be a self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction, and excellent. interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma

+ 3+ Years of HVAC Industry Experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs – Commercial Applied Equipment experience a plus.

+ Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, and sense of ownership.

+ Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with both external customers and a multi-functional team of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates.

+ Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to prioritize multiple priorities.

+ Unwavering customer service orientation.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is $80,750. –$113,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
