    As the Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for partnering with field sales team to secure additional sales for the Carrier Commercial Service Organization.

    Job responsibilities

    • Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations

    • Coordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products

    • Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers

    • Work with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities

    • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

    • Provides high level of service to internal and external customers

    • Establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps

    • Utilize applicable sales tools such as Salesforce to track and effectively develop sales opportunities

    Required Qualifications –

    •** **HS Diploma or GED

    •** **Ability to pass an MVR Background Check

    •** **2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or HVAC industry experience.

    Preferred Qualifications –

    •** **Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities

    •** **Excellent communication, both written and oral

    •** **Able to build strong relationships across industries and functions

    •** **Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility

     

    management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs.

     

    •** **Bachelor’s Degree

    •** **SAP and Salesforce experience

    This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

     

    Pay Range

     

    The annual salary for this position is $80,750. – $113,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
