    Job Title:Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

    **Join our warehouse team as a Material Handler and play a key role in daily operations including receiving, inventory, packaging, and shipping.** This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who wants long‑term stability and room to grow.

    What You’ll Do

    + Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials from vendors and Government agencies.

    + Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments following commercial and military requirements.

    + Complete basic administrative tasks such as receiving reports, shipping documents, and labeling.

    + Perform data entry, filing, and computer updates for inventory and shipping records.

    + Support inventory control by issuing, kitting, and staging parts for production.

    + Coordinate outbound shipments and GBLs using commercial and DoD shipping portals.

    + Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

    + Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

    What You Bring

    + 3–5 years of warehouse, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience.

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    + Basic computer skills (MS Office).

    + Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred).

    + Familiarity with ISO standards or military specifications is helpful but not required.

    + Experience with Costpoint/Deltek or other MRP systems is a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
