    MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Cloud Engineer** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Providingspecializedknowledge forthe cloud providers used by the Government.

    + Assistingin assessingand makingrecommendations for cost, security, and viability of IT projects in the cloud and supportinggeneral engineering activities by creating, testing, andmaintainingcloud-hosted IT infrastructure.

    + Ability to travel domestically.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree and five (5) yearsof relevant experience in information technology,leveragingsoftware applications and tools to meet customer requirements.

    + In lieu of a Bachelor’s:Associates’degree and seven (7) yearsof relevant experience ininformation technology,leveragingsoftware applications and tools to meet customer requirements.

    + CurrentDoD 8570 IAT II certification(CySA+ or equivalent)or ability to obtain one within 180 days.

    + Experience in researching,evaluatingand deploying advanced cloud computing systems supporting large data analytics.

    + Knowledge with various cloud technologies and experience in providing infrastructure support in a hybrid cloud environment.

    Desired Qualifications** **:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Musthave a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office mahinery, etc.

    + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

    + Must be able to exchangeaccurateinformation in these situations.
