Job Description:

+ Coaches and guides patients, families, groups of patients, and nursing professionals to advance care and professional development.

+ Conducts thorough and systematic research, interpreting and using evidence in clinical practice and quality improvement.

+ Participates in the application and conduct of research to contribute to the advancement of clinical knowledge.

+ Identifies, articulates, and takes action on ethical concerns at various levels, including patient, family, healthcare provider, system, community, and public policy.

+ Develops and implements processes and procedures to optimize workflow while meeting quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills of Office, Word and Excel [Required]

• Process Improvement [Preferred]

• Evidence based practice application and innovation [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

• 2+ years position-related experience [Preferred]
