Job Description:
+ Manages day-to-day operations and processes in assigned practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Directly supports physicians by addressing needs, issues, and challenges in a timely manner.
+ Monitors practice metrics to meet organizational and practice goals, including patient experience and employee engagement.
+ Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to office leaders and staff to achieve optimal engagement.
+ Supervises recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, discipline, and termination of staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of medical technology and terminology
• Experience in finance and accounting skills with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget
• Data analysis and critical thinking
• Exceptional organizational skills as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with members of multiple teams
• Highly professional with excellent customer service skills
• Skill in organizing work, making assignments, and achieving goals and objectives
• Skill in utilizing computer software to include word-processing, spreadsheets, database, and general accounting
Education:
• Associate [Required]
Field of Study:
• Associate's Degree + 4y healthcare leadership experience Required OR
• Bachelor's Degree + 2y healthcare leadership experience Required OR
• Master's Degree + 1y healthcare leadership Required
Work Experience:
• 5+ of related experience [Preferred]

• N/A
Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
