    Job Description:

    + Advocates for patient safety and protects patients and providers by promoting safe practices and policies.

    + Escalates patient safety concerns to appropriate leadership with honesty and integrity.

    + Acts as an in-house consultant for data and information needs to guide performance improvement.

    + Defines project scope to maintain focus and uses measures to ensure interventions are sustained over time.

    + Communicates regularly with stakeholders about progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.

    $60,151.66 - $111,886.39
