The team you will be a part of
The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.
This role in summary
Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for a Global Marketing Senior Analyst position that will work on the Cooking and Rest of Category teams. The KitchenAid Global Marketing Senior Analyst will assist in the strategy & creative development of key product launches in these categories, as well as lead the development of special cross-category Continuous Improvement projects. You will be a passionate advocate for the brand, having a deep understanding of the consumer. The position will work collaboratively with the broader Global & Regional Marketing Teams, the Product Teams, as well as internal & external agencies.
This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan. This position is expected to be onsite 5-days per week, Monday through Friday. A comprehensive relocation package is available for eligible candidates. \#LI-DD1
Your responsibilities will include
+ Assists in the strategic & creative development process of KitchenAid’s Breakfast (Toasters & Kettles) and Cooking Category workstreams. Responsible for the development & distribution of Global Playbooks to be implemented by Regions.
+ Oversees agencies across all asset development: responsible for timelines, budget, and deliverables, from creative ideation to launch/completion.
+ Owns and actively manages day-to-day budget management, PO creation, and invoice process for the Global Brand Marketing Team.
+ Partners with key stakeholders across the business, including product marketing, global consumer design, Insight sTeam, and all regional partners.
+ Directly reports to the Senior Manager but with day to day dotted line into the Cooking and Rest of Business Categories.
+ Travel 5-10% of the time, including internationally
Minimum requirements
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 3+ years of experience managing marketing budgets and managing multiple projects simultaneously
+ 3+ years of experience with agency management and social asset development
Preferred skills and experiences
+ Strong attention to detail and follow-through
+ Strong communication skills, written and oral
+ Ability to ask great questions and process information quickly and conceptually
+ Ability to problem-solve and make sound strategic decisions
+ Ability to influence and lead others, including those outside of the marketing function
+ Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights and transform them into marketing strategies.
+ Small appliance knowledge
