Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and technical feasibility. Own and manage project and product roadmaps, driving backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization of user stories, epics, and technical tasks. Partner closely with development, business, DevOps, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure smooth execution and high quality delivery.

Apply Agile, Scrum, PMP, and hybrid delivery methodologies to guide teams, remove impediments, and continuously improve delivery processes. Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining delivery commitments and quality standards. Coordinate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and operational stability requirements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards by collaborating with cybersecurity and risk teams, supporting audits, and contributing to disaster recovery planning. Provide clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, fostering transparency and accountability.

Required Skill

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

+ Minimum of five years of experience in IT project management, including at least three years in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role.

+ PMP or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification is required.

+ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, IT systems, and project delivery frameworks.

+ Hands on experience with Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Desired Skill

+ Advanced Agile or Scrum certifications such as PMI ACP, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, or PMP.

+ Experience leading large scale IT infrastructure or software development initiatives.

+ Ability to operate effectively in hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments.

+ Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.

+ Experience within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain is highly preferred.
