    **Summary** :

     

    Supports the CRO regarding all aspects of the ERM and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs. Responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting and monitoring on risk management issues and assisting with the assessment of risks throughout the organization.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with overall administration of the ERM Program:

    + Preparation of the Quarterly ERM Dashboard and reports.

    + Prepare ERM related board reporting.

    + Coordinate Internal Risk Assessment process.

    + Annual bank wide risk assessment.

    + Coordinate communication with business partners to update content as necessary.

    + Work with business partners on any recurring risk assessments that are outside of the annual bank wide process.

    + Maintain documentation of assessments within ERM platform.

    + Include results in Quarterly ERM reporting.

    + Monitor regulatory and industry sources for best practices in terms of risk assessments.

    + GRC Platform – Primary responsibility for maintaining GRC platform.

    + Periodically review to ensure using to full potential.

    + Perform periodic data quality and data integrity reviews.

    + Coordinate DFC/AFB/AB insurance program.

    + Maintain appropriate documentation related to policies, claims and renewals.

    + Submit and track claims on the various insurance policies.

    + Coordinated annual policy renewals.

    + Respond to internal insurance related requests such as lease reviews and COI requests.

    + Assist with Audit or Regulatory related insurance requests.

    + Maintain centralized system for internal policies and procedures.

    + Manage GRC system with current versions of bank approved policies.

    + Work with various policy holders to ensure changes are reflect in approved copy on GRC system.

    + Ensure downloads of policies to the intranet are current.

    + Collect and convert critical departmental procedures to central GRC platform.

    + Ensure appropriate policies are updated/approved as required and that appropriate approval is documented in GRC platform.

    + Third Party Risk Management – (TPRM)

    + Assist TPRM manager as needed.

    + Collecting, uploading and maintaining TPRM documentation on official TPRM platform.

    + Ongoing data reviews to ensure data integrity.

    + Loading New Vendors onto TPRM platform.

    + Participate in annual review process.

    + Maintaining current list of vendors.

    + Clearing outstanding items.

    + Assist with TRPM Reporting to Senior Management and Board.

    + Advance the adoption and development of advanced technologies—including AI tools, robotic process automation (RPA), and other automation solutions—to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all DFC Risk Departments.

    + Support ERM projects and initiatives to drive improvements to key processes and controls.

    + Partner with process owners to identify, assess, monitor, measure, and report on various key risk indicators.

    + Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.

    + Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).

    + Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

    + Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.

    + Other specified duties as assigned.

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    + Ability to prioritize workload, gather and analyze detailed information, think logically and in a process-oriented manner.

     

    The candidate should be goal oriented. Strong internal and external customer service skills, including the ability to timely identify and address issues, are expected. The candidate needs to be a self-disciplined, self-motivated individual possessing a team-building spirit.

    Education & Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    + 1-5 years plus banking or equivalent experience.

    Physical Requirements

    The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    The ERM Risk Analyst I position salary range is $55,000 to $70,000.
