    What You'll Be Doing

    + Safely operate a yard loader to feed material into a portable crusher.

    + Maintain steady material flow to support efficient crushing operations.

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.

    + Communicate with plant and crusher teams to coordinate production needs.

    + Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow established safety procedures.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.

    + Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.

    + Capability to sustain consistent material flow in fast-paced operations.

    + Ability to conduct basic equipment checks and identify irregularities.

    + Comfortable working collaboratively in an outdoor, industrial setting.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
