    Our client, a dynamic player in the warehouse industry, is seeking a Manual Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Warehouse Associate Needed for

    Picking and Packing

    XXX ADULT Themed Merchandise

    **Location:** Broomfield, CO

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

    (30‑minute lunch + two 15‑minute breaks)

    _Occasional overtime may extend the day to 5:30 PM; weekend work is rare._

     

    **Starting Pay:** $18.00 per hour

     

    About the Opportunity

     

    Eldorado is looking for **long‑term team members** dedicated to growing with our company. This role is ideal for someone who **wants stable warehouse work** , not a short‑term position or a stop‑gap job while seeking higher‑level roles.     Important Note – Equipment

     

    NO forklifts are used in this warehouse.

     

    Forklift experience is not required or used in this position.

     

    Candidates must be **comfortable working with adult products, including XXX items** .

    Key Responsibilities

    Picking & Packing

    + Accurately pick **individual items** (not pallet or case picking).

    + Pack orders securely for both **B2B** and **B2C** shipments.

    + Use **RF scanners** for multiple scans per order (not pallet/case scanning).

    + Meet performance and productivity targets tracked through our wireless warehouse system.

    + Maintain accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

    Warehouse Operations

    + Walk up to **8 miles daily** on a cement floor.

    + Lift, carry, bend, push, and pull throughout the day.

    + Frequently lift up to **40 lbs** .

    + **Use ladders** regularly carrying boxes up and down (ladders have 300 lb. capacity).

    + Assist in multiple departments: Picking, Packing, Put away, Receiving, Shipping, etc.

    + Follow leadership direction when moved to other functions.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Work Environment & Expectations

    + Fast‑paced, physical environment.

    + Overhead music is played throughout the warehouse.

    + **Cell phones and earbuds may only be used on breaks or lunch** (not while working).

    + Team members must behave respectfully and professionally with coworkers and leadership.

    + All employees must follow company policies and procedures.

    Dress Code

    + Closed‑toe, supportive shoes required (steel toes NOT required).

    + No sandals, flip flops, slippers, or open‑toed shoes.

    + Clothing (t‑shirts, jeans, sweats, shorts, tank tops, etc.) must allow bending, climbing, reaching safely and appropriately.

     

    Substance Use Policy

     

    Anyone using or under the influence of **drugs, marijuana, or alcohol** during work hours—including breaks and lunch—will be terminated.

    Qualifications

    + _1–2 years manual warehouse experience,_ including picking & packing individual items.

    + _Machine‑based or Amazon‑type warehouse experience is not equivalent to our manual process._

    + Daily RF scanner uses with multiple scans per order.

    + Ability to lift **40 pounds frequently** .

    + Willing and able to use ladders.

    + Read, write, and speak English.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality.

    + Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    + Respectful, professional attitude.

    + Comfortable working with adult product lines, including XXX merchandise.
