    Our client, a dynamic organization in the human resources sector, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join their team. As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting various employee-related activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Maintain and process human resource records and personnel documentation accurately and efficiently.

    + Perform background checks and verify employment applications to assess applicant eligibility.

    + Record and update employee information, including addresses, earnings, and performance reports.

    + Respond to inquiries regarding employment status, benefits, and other HR-related questions.

    + Coordinate with law enforcement, previous employers, and references to ensure employment acceptability.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3 years experience in an office support or administrative role.

    + Ability to accurately document and record detailed information.

    + Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
