Our client, a leading organization in electromechanical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Senior Assembler Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Assembler Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and product assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Assembler Technician

**Location:** Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $30hr

**Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Build products by accurately interpreting and working from schematics

+ Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties

+ Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of electromechanical assemblies

+ Verify parts and assemblies meet drawing specifications through inspection

+ Maintain quality documentation and support ISO certification processes

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED required

+ 1+ years of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management

+ Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and work instructions

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
