Our client, an industry leader in environmental health and safety, is seeking a USA|EHS Professional 1 to join their team. As a USA|EHS Professional 1, you will be part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Develop, propose, and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes and methods.

+ Plan and execute the rollout of EHS programs or projects, monitoring milestones within the organization.

+ Analyze and monitor adherence to EHS standards, preparing regular reports on compliance and performance.

+ Review changes in relevant EHS laws and regulations, recommending updates to internal standards.

+ Support internal and external EHS audits, maintaining operational contact with external authorities.

What's Needed?

+ At least 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree in a related field.

+ Good knowledge of technical or business methods, including theoretical background.

+ Ability to develop basic business understanding and contribute to team efforts.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Effective communication and training skills for employees and management.
