    Our client, a leading organization in the industrial supply sector, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join their team. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the sales and customer relations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Counter Sales Associate

    **Location:** Melbourne, FL

     

    Pay Range: $19

     

    Shift: Monday- Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist customers at the counter by providing product information and recommendations

    + Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    + Communicate daily with customers via phone, fax, and email to support their needs

    + Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service

    + Research and resolve customer complaints, including locating replacement parts and processing returns

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience related to Customer Service and high-volume call handling

    + Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software

    + Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills

    + Effective communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    + Experience in sit-down forklift preferred
