Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Part Time HR Coordinator / Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Part Time HR Coordinator / Scheduler
**Location:** Jacksonville, FL
**Pay Range:** $23 - 25
Shift: Monday - Friday, 20-30 hours per week
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring managers, panel members, and candidates (phone, virtual, and onsite).
+ Manage candidate communications including confirmations, reminders, directions, and follow-ups.
+ Support job posting administration in ADP and external platforms; monitor postings and update as needed.
+ Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ADP system, ensuring timely progression through hiring stages.
+ Assist with planning and execution of recruiting events, including materials, booth setup, and post-event follow-up tracking.
What's Needed?
+ Associate’s degree or current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
+ 1+ year of administrative, scheduling, coordination, or HR support experience preferred; high-volume hiring experience is a plus.
+ Strong scheduling, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-service mindset.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday) preferred.
