Our client, a leader in the financial restructuring industry, is seeking a Hybrid Financial Restructuring professional to join their team. As a Hybrid Financial Restructuring specialist, you will be part of the Restructuring Department supporting the Court and Creditor Services teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Hybrid Financial Restructuring

**Location:** El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $24.00hr to $27.00hr (depending on tenor of previous positions, and level of skillsets) Excel test is required.

**Shift:** 10 am to 6:30 pm PT, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Manage case dockets and update court websites with newly filed documents

+ Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status and procedures

+ Coordinate and review ballots, proofs of claim, and change of address forms

+ Assist with mailings, compile service lists, and prepare affidavits of service

+ Perform administrative quality control reviews of proofs of claim and ballots

What's Needed?

+ Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

+ One to two years of related office experience or relevant training is a plus but not required
