    Position Title: Integration Architect

     

    Duration: 12+ months with high possibilities of extension

    Description:

    This role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and soft skills. The ideal candidate should be a skilled technical expert with a broad range of expertise, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Cloud Platforms:

    • GCP (Cloud Build, BigQuery, Secrets Manager, IAM, Cloud Logging)

     

    Other cloud experience can also be an asset where patterns match

    Containerization and Orchestration:

    • Docker

    • Terraform

    Programming Languages:

    • Heavy emphasis: Java (Spring Boot, Gradle)

    • Python

    • Low emphasis: JavaScript

    Integration and APIs:

    • Heavy emphasis: REST APIs

    • GraphQL APIs

    • SOAP APIs

    • Postman/Hoppscotch

    • Rest Assured

    • Selenium

    • Browser developer tools

    Security and Identity:

    1. Expertise in designing and implementing integrations between different systems, applications, and services

    2. Knowledge of integration patterns, such as API-based, message-based, and file-based integrations

    3. Familiarity with integration technologies, such as APIs, messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka), and enterprise service buses (e.g., Apache Camel)

    4. Understanding of data formats, such as JSON, XML, and Avro

    5. Experience with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques

    DevOps Engineering:

    1. Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#

    2. Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

    3. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI

    4. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

    5. Understanding of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting techniques, including tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack

    Additional Skills:

    1. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols, firewalls, and security groups

    2. Familiarity with security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption

    3. Experience with database management systems, including relational and NoSQL databases

    4. Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR
