• CNC Turret Operator

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled **CNC Turret Operator** to set up and operate CNC Turret Press equipment in a metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for producing high‑quality parts, performing basic program edits, maintaining tooling, and supporting production efficiency while following safety and ISO standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate CNC Turret Press machines per work instructions and setup sheets

    + Edit programs, maintain tooling, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment

    + Inspect parts to blueprint specifications and complete first-piece approvals

    + Document production activity and maintain accurate records

    + Prepare parts for transfer to the next production cell

    + Support and assist in training other operators as needed

    + Operate additional fabrication equipment as required (press brakes, grinders, deburring machines)

    + Follow all safety, quality, and ISO procedures

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 1–3 years of experience in metal fabrication

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to push/pull up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

    + Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

    Perks:

    Pay rate: $ 22.98

     

    Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
