Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and tenant relations for a residential apartment complex in El Paso, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with attention to detail to contribute to the organization’s success while advancing their career. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the apartment complex, ensuring smooth and efficient management.

• Handle lease renewals and ensure timely processing to maintain occupancy rates.

• Conduct property inspections to verify compliance with quality and maintenance standards.

• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing attentive and courteous service.

• Maintain accurate office inventory and manage the procurement of necessary supplies.

• Coordinate with vendors to facilitate repairs and maintenance services.

• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and other relevant property management standards.

• Monitor and manage budgets related to property expenses and maintenance.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention. Requirements • Prior experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties.

• Familiarity with HUD regulations and compliance standards.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.

• Proficiency in office software and property management systems.

• Ability to conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues.

• Knowledge of leasing processes and tenant relations.
