Description

We are looking for a strong Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that specializes in consumer products. The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing accounting operations, inventory, and logistics while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and customers. This is lean, entrepreneurial environment; you must be hands-on and thrive in a build-as-you-go setting. This is far more than your traditional accounting role as you will have operational oversight, communicate with customers & suppliers, and managing logistics and warehouse activities.

Responsibilities for the Full Charge Bookkeeper:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries.

• Oversee payroll operations and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Maintain inventory records and track asset management for the warehouse.

• Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Utilize Acumatica software for accounting and operational tasks.

• Support the setup and management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.

• Collaborate with a lean team to execute projects and meet organizational goals.

• Provide operational support for company growth and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, ideally within a product-driven or wholesale environment.

Experience with Acumatica or similar mid-market ERP systems.

Strong operational aptitude—comfortable stepping outside traditional accounting.

Self‑starter with the ability to work independently, especially in a remote environment.

Thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial setting where new processes must be created, refined, and owned.

Excellent communication skills; able to interface confidently with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable juggling work across multiple locations and evolving operational structures.
