    ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 60 years. We are actively recruiting an experienced Human Resource Consultant to join our team. Use your experience as an HR lead to help us grow!

    The Human Resource Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited the following:

    + Reviewing and implement policies and procedures to our employees

    + General HR Administrative support to our managers and employees

    + Support recruitment and on boarding, hiring, training and audits

    + Performance Management and reviews

    + Benefits administration

    + Employee engagement

    Position Requirements

    Job Requirements

    + 5+ Years of HR Management experience

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise management and interact with employees

    + Proven ability to work as part of a team

    + Demonstrated experience in policy development and implementation

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Good track record of employment with at least 5 years at one company – no job hopping.

    + Experience with HRIS systems
