Job Title: Distribution Designer

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Distribution Designers to join our team. Candidates must be familiar with supporting distribution reliability projects within DDS. Experience in performing pole counts, pole replacements, pole relocations, and OH to UG conversions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

+ Support distribution reliability projects within DDS.

+ Perform pole counts, pole replacements, and pole relocations.

+ Execute OH to UG conversions.

+ Utilize AutoCAD for design tasks.

+ Ensure electrical design meets utility standards.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of design experience within the utility space.

+ 1+ year of DDS experience working on CNP, AEP, or TNMP projects.

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, DDS, and distribution design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with power and utility delivery.

+ Knowledge in electrical design.

Work Environment

The role is remote with a standard 40-hour work week from 9 AM to 5 PM. Enjoy benefits such as paid time off (PTO) and holidays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
