    We are seeking a dedicated Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. This role involves performing moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The position operates on a rotating 12-hour day shift schedule, which includes working 38 hours in Week 1 and 48 hours in Week 2.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine operations in accordance with SOPs.

    + Move totes and prepare large-scale solutions for batching.

    + Clean and steam equipment, and prepare it for use.

    + Understand and execute tasks involving measurements, calculations, and the metric system.

    + Operate under basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

    + Utilize Electric Batch Records for process documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

    + Understanding of biotech and drug substance manufacturing processes, preferably in solution preparation.

    + Basic knowledge of GMP standards.

    + Proficiency in using laptops and tablets, including iPads.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with electronic batch records, DeltaV, or LIMS is advantageous but not required.

    + Experience in packaging, warehousing, and assembly is a plus.

    Work Environment

    This position requires candidates to start on a day shift and later transition to a rotating 12-hour schedule as part of a 24/7 operation. The role involves material handling and preparation of drug products, requiring standing for prolonged periods. Candidates must exhibit reliability, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and a consistent work ethic.

    This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
