    Job Title: Quality Control ManagerJob Description

     

    We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a project involving the construction of a metal building shell from the ground up. This building will be located next to a school on a military base, and the project involves coordination with seven to eight subcontractors. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to quality standards and speaking about progress in meetings.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the daily operational activities of the project.

    + Review the scope of work and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Communicate project progress in meetings with stakeholders.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a superintendent or in a similar leadership role.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + Quality Control Manager certification.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft software, including the ability to type RFIs and email subcontractors and clients.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + First Aid/CPR certification.

    + EM385-1-1 certification is a bonus.

    Work Environment

    The work will be conducted on-site at Quantico Naval Base in Virginia. The position is part of a growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) that is expanding its work through new joint venture contracts. The role requires adherence to the military base's standards and regulations.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Quantico, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
