• What You’ll Do

As a Packer, you’ll play a key role in preparing high‑quality products for shipment. Your responsibilities include:

+ Ensuring the correct packaging materials are ready for each production run

+ Inspecting products to meet quality standards

+ Packing items into cartons/cases based on specifications

+ Reporting packaging or quality issues to team leads

+ Stacking sealed cases on pallets and wrapping full pallets

+ Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe

+ Assisting with scrap counts and communicating results to supervisors

• Shift Schedule

This position follows a **12‑hour, 2x2x3** **_night_** **shift** rotation.

You’ll enjoy predictable scheduling and long weekends every other week.

• What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you bring:

+ Experience in packing, palletizing, general labor, material handling, or warehouse work

+ Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with PPE and safety guidelines

+ Strong attention to detail and urgency

+ Ability to lift **35 lbs repeatedly** (and occasionally up to **50 lbs** )

+ A collaborative, team‑focused mindset

+ A **High School Diploma or GED**

+ **Forklift or pallet jack experience (a plus!)**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
