Job Title:** **Polisher

Job Description

Join our team as a **Polisher** , where you will work hands‑on with stainless steel components by grinding, polishing, and deburring various manufactured products. This role requires effective use of hand and power tools—such as grinder wheels and polishing tools—along with a solid understanding of tool ratings, RPM, and torque. You will also contribute to process improvement efforts and perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $18-$22/hr

Responsibilities

+ Grind, polish, and deburr stainless steel on a variety of manufactured products

+ Use hand and power tools effectively, including grinder wheels and polishing tools

+ Apply knowledge of tool ratings, RPM, and torque during all processes

+ Provide recommendations for production and process improvements

+ Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned

Essential Skills

+ Experience in grinding, polishing, and deburring

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools used in metal finishing

+ Understanding of tool ratings, RPM, and torque

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in metal finishing, buffing, and sanding

+ Ability to detail and finish metal products efficiently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oviedo, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
