• What You’ll Do

As an Equipment Test Technician, you will:

+ Follow detailed instructions to test medical devices and verify proper functionality

+ Identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues before equipment ships

+ Work with common tools—screwdrivers, drills, torque wrenches, meters, etc.

+ Document your work accurately following **GMP** , **GDP** , and **DHR** requirements

+ Stay active on your feet in a clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment

+ Collaborate with teammates and learn new processes as technology evolves

• What You Bring

+ **2‑year technical degree (required)**

+ **1–4 years** of hands-on electrical testing or troubleshooting experience

+ Comfort using hand tools and reading instructions/schematics

+ Ability to lift **25–30 lbs** and stand throughout the shift

+ Strong English reading/writing skills

+ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.)

+ Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a big plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.73 - $26.83/hr.
