Join our team as an **Operator /** **Shop Hand** , supporting Belt Splice Technicians who specialize in a unique, sought‑after trade within industrial maintenance. •️ What You’ll Do

+ Support technicians with job prep, cleanup, and shop organization

+ Pack, organize, and prepare parts, materials, and tools

+ Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient—sweeping, sorting, and staging equipment

+ Load and unload trucks at the dock

+ Perform general labor tasks to keep workflow moving

+ Follow all safety guidelines and use proper PPE

You’ll work closely with **3–4 skilled tradesmen** , gaining exposure to belt splicing, industrial machinery, shop processes, and field service support.

• What You Bring

+ Ability to lift **50 lbs** and handle physical labor

+ Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn a specialized trade

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort around tools and industrial equipment

+ Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality

+ Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed

Nice-to-Have Skills

+ Inventory experience

+ Shipping/receiving

+ Basic assembly skills

+ Measuring tools experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
