    The Gift Shop Clerk p erform a variety of duties essential to Gift Shop operation including greeting customers with a smile and providing. assistance, sales, phone & website orders, restocking displays, merchandise pricing & processing, data entry, accurate cash handling & drawer reconciliation, cleaning and organizing, inventory spot checks for loss prevention, opening and closing procedures.

    Education:

    + High school diploma

    Experience:

    + 1-2 years retail experience including opening and closing responsibilities, accountability for cash drawer balancing and inventory transactions.

    + Must be knowledgeable of computerized register system.

    Other:

    + Prefer prior experience in giftware industry. Display, floral, website, inventory management experience helpful.
