Why You’ll Love This Role
As a **Client Service Representative** , you are the first impression and the lasting connection for our clients. You help build trust, comfort anxious pet parents, and keep our hospital running smoothly. Simply put—you are essential to everything we do.
In this role, you will:
+ Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism, setting a welcoming tone from the moment they arrive
+ Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and help guide clients through their visit
+ Make outbound calls for follow-ups and connect with prospective clients
+ Clearly present and explain services and fees while processing payments
+ Assist clients with products, prescriptions, and services that support their pets’ care
+ Educate pet owners on general pet care topics such as flea & tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and basic husbandry
+ Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and correspondence
+ Help keep our hospital clean, organized, and comfortable for clients, patients, and staff
