Responsibilities:

+ Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.

+ Maintain a safe and clean environment.

+ Support associates in daily operations.

+ Engage with guests to enhance their experience.

+ Uphold Valleyfair's standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Must be at least 14 years old, 16 years old for Ride Operations and Lifeguard
