About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven Parts and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics. You’ll support purchasing, stock order creation, supplier communication, and parts data reporting while working directly with the Senior Parts and Logistics Manager.
This on-site role offers significant learning potential and the chance to grow as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
+ Generate supplier-wise and branch-wise purchase proposals in the CR2 dealer management system.
+ Create and process stock orders in CR2 and supplier portals (data entry).
+ Coordinate purchase order acknowledgements with suppliers and branches.
+ Support the Senior Parts & Logistics Manager in developing parts business processes.
+ Assist in preparing parts-related presentations.
+ Maintain accurate data and develop parts reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications
+ (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred).
+ Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, or logistics concepts.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
+ Awareness of warehouse operations.
+ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in a construction equipment, automotive, or logistics industry.
+ Exposure to spare parts or dealership operations.
+ Sales support experience.

Compensation
+ Pay Rate: $17.00–$20.00/hr
+ Overtime Multiplier: 1.5x
+ Duration: 6-month contract

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
