    Job Overview

    TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Dallas area. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas in case onsite attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes.

     

    At this time, no on-site days are planned.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.

    + Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.

    + Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

    + Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.

    + Manage a daily call volume of 80–100+ calls.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).

    + Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication.

    + Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.

    + Previous remote work experience preferred.

     

    Schedule

     

    + Full-time, 40 hours per week.

    + After training, schedules fall between 2:00 PM and 3:30 AM within an 8.5‑hour shift window.

    + Rotating weekday and weekend days off.

    + Schedules are released two weeks in advance.

     

    Training Period

     

    Initial Training-March 9 – April 21

     

    + Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

     

    Extended Training- April 22 – May 5

     

    + Transition to an 8.5‑hour schedule

    + Flexibility required between 2:00 PM and 3:30 AM

     

    Offer & Compliance Requirements

     

    All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a federal clearance check and credit check in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
