School Psychologist – San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: Competitive and based on experience
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Assignment Length: ASAP through end of the 2025–2026 school year
Hours: Full-time
Caseload: Approximately 30–50 students (K–12)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide on-site psychological and assessment services for K–12 students in the San Antonio area. This position plays a vital role in supporting the emotional, behavioral, social, and academic well-being of students through comprehensive evaluations, collaborative planning, and targeted intervention.
The ideal candidate brings strong assessment skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
+ Collaborate with staff and families to develop and support individualized plans for student success.
+ Provide direct services, including counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis support.
+ Consult with educators to improve classroom strategies and foster inclusive environments.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and professional standards.
+ Support students across K–12 grade levels, with a caseload ranging from 30–50 students.
Minimum Requirements
+ Active and current state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist in Texas (or eligibility).
+ Experience with pediatric or adolescent populations preferred.
+ Master’s degree in Psychology or School Psychology preferred.
+ Adherence to all professional and ethical standards.
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable.
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if required.
+ Current health certificate if required by contract or state regulation.
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Location: San Antonio, TX (specific site provided during interview)
+ Grade Levels: K–12
+ Caseload: 30–50 students
+ Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Start Date: ASAP
+ End Date: End of school year
