    + 5+ years experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases.

    + 5+ years experience analyzing requirements, user stories (in Azure DevOps), and acceptance criteria to design effective, reusable test cases (including positive, negative, and boundary testing).

    + Demonstrable experience automating web applications using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

    + Interview Process: Candidates submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews.

    + Must Have senior level (5+ years) experience and proficiency in the following:

    + Designing and executing manual and automated test cases.

    + Understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

    + Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes (Quality Assurance, User Acceptance, System Integration, Accessibility, Performance, Regression, Post Deployment Validation, Data Conversion).

    + Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test cases.

    + Java and JavaScript

    + Issue tracking and defect management.

    + Generating and documenting test plans and strategies.

    + Generating testing reports and metrics.

    + API testing and tools like Postman, Rest Client and others.

    + Writing SQL, P-SQL queries.

    + Generating and acquiring test data.

    + Ability to work in person in downtown Lansing 2 days a week.

    + Build environments {DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD} specific test suites with integrated application life cycle management.

    Nice to Have:

    + Experience with industry standard automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, Katalon, etc.).

    + Experience using Azure DevOps Testing Module.

    + Experience with Mobile App testing of iOS and Android applications.

    + Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

    + Experience with ADA Compliance testing tools, such as AccVerify, JAWS, etc.
