    Job Description:

    Shift: M-F 8a-4p

    + Coordinates meetings and sets agendas for teams focused on clinical quality.

    + Develops and maintains documentation related to quality improvement efforts.

    + Provides training and education to staff on quality improvement protocols and procedures.

    + Monitors the effectiveness of clinical quality initiatives and makes necessary adjustments.

    + Communicates findings and progress to relevant stakeholders.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's [Required]

    • Master's [Preferred]

    Experience:

    Nursing, nursing leadership, lead program, Sepsis, stroke

    Licenses and Certifications:

    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) [Required]

    Pay Range:

    $63,841.23 - $118,740.34
